Support Scope

Use the on-site feedback process for product usage, guides, network documentation and FAQ suggestions. No unverified phone number, email address or office address is displayed because none has been provided.

Security Reports

If you find suspected impersonation pages, phishing content or messages abusing the imtoken name, record the URL, time and relevant screenshots, but never include recovery phrases, private keys or verification codes in a report.

Product Feedback

Describe the use case, device environment, network name and issue. Do not submit sensitive wallet credentials or perform so-called “verification transfers” to unknown addresses.
